Chelsea

Office Manager

Chelsea joined the team at Napoleon Family Vision in October of 2016. Chelsea was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio but now resides in rural Henry County with her husband, Andy, and twin boys, Creed and Nash, along with their adorable dog, Buffy. Chelsea is our office manager, but you will also find her interacting with patients through check-in, check-out and preliminary exam testing. Chelsea enjoys working out and helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.

Jennifer

Jennifer has been a member of the team since October 2003, with her primary role being an optical specialist. She enjoys helping patients select their frames and customize their lenses to help them see the best they can while looking stylish. Her role as an optical specialist also includes ordering glasses, repairs, adjustments, and maintaining a large frame inventory. She is married with three children, Tyler, Kayla, and Andrew. She enjoys spending time and spoiling her granddaughters Adelynn Mae and Ella June. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the family cabin, baking, and traveling- especially to the beach.

Heidi

Heidi joined the team at Napoleon Family Vision in September of 2016 and is a life-long resident of Henry County. She is our scheduling specialist and preliminary exam testing. She loves to spend time using her creative talents crafting and home interior designs. She is married to her husband, Joe, and they have 2 children together, Conner & Cally, along with her dog, Lake. She loves spending time with her active extended family and following local sports.

Andrea

Andrea joined the team at Napoleon Family Vision in May of 2018. She enjoys helping patients through check-in and check-out. She lives in Henry County with her husband, Adam, and two beautiful daughters, Brooklyn and Dallas. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially boating on the Maumee River.

Nicole

Nicole joined the team in September 2020. You will find Nicole cheerfully greeting you when you arrive at Napoleon Family Vision. She was born and raised in Henry County. Nicole now resides in Archbold with her husband, Joe and two daughters, Ella and Ava. She worked in Napoleon for 11 years for a local doctor’s office before moving away. Nicole and her family recently moved back to raise their daughters and be close to family. Nicole enjoys spending time and making memories with her family.

Sierra

Sierra joined the team at Napoleon Family Vision in September of 2020. She currently resides in Napoleon with her husband, Travis, daughters, Brecklyn and Elliette, dog, Macy, and cat, Lucy. Sierra enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her family.

Karla

Karla joined the team Napoleon Family Vision team in September of 2020. You will find her ordering contact lenses and doing preliminary exam testing. Karla resides in Wauseon and enjoys reading, going on walks, and hanging out with friends and family.

Brandi

Brandi joined the team at Napoleon Family Vision at the beginning of 2022. The optical world is not new to her as she has over 15 years of experience. You will find Brandi working as one of our Optical Specialist. Brandi is a lifelong resident of Henry County. She resides outside of Malinta with her husband Kyle, their daughter Lily, family dog Winston, 2 cats, Murry and Dewey, and all of her chickens! Brandi enjoys spending time with her family and friends at Sunny's Campground during the summer months, bowling, raising chickens, and reading while relaxing in her hammock!

Sara

​​​​​​​Sara joined the team in May 2022, and helps patients through check-in and check-out. She was born and raised in Napoleon, moved to Northern Virginia for eight years, and moved back to Napoleon with her husband, Cully, son and daughter, in April 2022! She is an educator by trade, and brings her positivity and love for learning to Napoleon Family Vision. In her free time, Sara loves reading, exercising, listening to music, and completing projects in her historic home.

Jodie

Jodie joined the team in 2023. She has been in the optometry field for seven years. She enjoys helping patients through the process of checking in and out. Jodie resides in Defiance with her husband, Mike, and dog, Max. She enjoys walking, kayaking, and spending time with her family and friends.
